 Incredibly solid police thriller starring Stallone, Billy Dee Williams, and Rutger Hauer. It makes me sad that more people don't know about this film. It is quite possibly Stallone's best performance and the film itself is ceaselessly entertaining. If you have a chance, check this one out.
