Night Train to Terror (1985)

1st View
Format: 35mm
Venue: Alamo Ritz (Terror Tuesday)

The Good: As terrible as this film was, there is no substitute for the experience of seeing a 35mm print (of which there is only one in this case) of a film this obscure.

The Bad: Everything about this film...everything. It is a anthology horror film that basically just co-opted three other films (one of which ran out of money before it could be finished) the producers of which may or may not have lent their permission to the makers of Night Train to Terror to use but definitely did not. This film was so bad, my cheeks hurt from laughter, I guess you could call that a win.

The Weird: Again, I could list a multitude of things. But the strangest part of this, considering these vignettes were films never intended to be shown together, was the fact that Richard Moll of Night Court was in not one but TWO sections.

Rating: 1/10 Atkins
